The specific purpose of the club is to promote, encourage, instruct and improve the skills of the members of the community with their firearms.
The club is an advocate for firearm safety and care, along with marksmanship with a firearm. The Gun Club supports hunter safety programs and 4-H, Boy Scout safety and marksmanship, along with Youth Trap Shooting and other youth gun safety education.
The club offers trap, pistol, .22 bench rest, .22 silhouette and .22 center fire silhouette venues. From time to time, trap association sanctioned trap shoots are held at the club. These events will be listed on the upcoming events page.
Membership is available for single shooters as well as for families. The club provides a safe, well-equipped shooting site for all members of the community who are interested in shooting sports.
